Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized part-time Customer Service Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will assist both our sales and operations teams by providing day-to-day administrative support, managing the customer service phone line and email inbox, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new accounts. Your responsibilities will include facilitating communication between the sales team and retail partners, maintaining internal databases, driving sales, attending trade shows, and providing exceptional customer service across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
• Assist the sales team by managing leads and providing customer service support for our retail partners.
• Support ongoing sales initiatives by engaging with buyers, answering product inquiries, and helping promote our wholesale website.
• Maintain positive relationships with retail partners and assist them with order placements, shipment issues and product information.
• Attend trade shows in Dallas, Atlanta and/or Las Vegas as an order writer.
• Support special projects and perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles, particularly in the wholesale gift industry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
