SALES ADMIN & OFFICE MANAGER OVERVIEW HiEnd Accents, a leading wholesale provider of luxury bedding and home textiles, is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as a Sale Admin & Office Manager. In this multifaceted role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team, coordinate office operations in our Dallas office, and assist with sales administration. You will also travel about four weeks per year (to Las Vegas and High Point) to support our sales team during trade shows. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, this position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. SALES ADMIN & OFFICE MANAGER MISSION To optimize office operations and provide exceptional administrative support that enables HiEnd Accents' executive team to focus on strategic growth initiatives while maintaining an efficient and professional work environment. SALES ADMIN & OFFICE MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Business Development and other executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports - Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and other documents for customer meetings - Coordinate team meetings by scheduling, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up with team members on action items - Manage office supply inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships (e.g., Costco) for both office and showroom needs - Oversee office cleanliness and coordinate with cleaning staff to maintain a professional workspace - Coordinate with facilities management to address building-related issues - Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment - Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems - Generate and compile weekly and monthly KPI reports for the sales team, as well as daily KPI reports during trade shows - Maintain accurate customer and sales data within the CRM system - Assist with sales-related tasks and coordination, including updating records and reports as needed - Plan and execute company events such as holiday celebrations, team-building activities, and company-wide meetings - Travel approximately four weeks per year (to Las Vegas and High Point) to support the sales team during trade shows - Oversee showroom setup, greet customers, and ensure a successful on-site experience - Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion SALES ADMIN & OFFICE MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant administrative experience may substitute - 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or office management role - Highly reliable with exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset - Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills - Experience with office management software and digital tools - Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders - Discretion and good judgment in handling confidential information - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional supply runs ABOUT HIEND ACCENTS HiEnd Accents designs and creates everyday luxury bedding and linens, sheeting, decorative pillows and other home textiles.
